Calls are reported on a 24 hour/7 day basis to Customer Service, and are processed based on priority level.    Excel Escalation Matrix.

Upon notification of an issue, Customer Service will issue a ticket number for the customer to reference every time when calling Customer Service for an update, follow-up, or escalation of the ticket.
